Terms and Conditions:

1. The Shop & Get 10% Cashback with 1PAY! promotion runs from 7 – 23 June 2024, while cashback lasts.
2. Each valid ONECARD member is entitled to a 10% Cashback with min. spending of RM30 with 1PAY Scan & Pay via 1 Utama SuperApp at any 1PAY participating outlets throughout the promotion period.
3. Each ONECARD member is entitled up to a maximum of RM5 Cashback per transaction and maximum cashback is capped at RM15 per member throughout the promotion period, while cashback last.
4. The said 1PAY transaction must be performed with 1PAY Scan & Pay or Direct Pull transaction via 1 Utama SuperApp. Any transactions using the physical ONECARD for UPoints earning or 1PAY (terminal) is NOT eligible for the 10% Cashback.
5. In the event, where the cashback exceeds the maximum cap per transaction or per member, cashback will be capped at RM5 per transaction and maximum RM15 cashback per member.
6. 1PAY E-Wallet Top Up, Car Park Credit Top Up, Transfer of E-Wallet balance and purchases on ONESHOP or ONETIX are not eligible for the 10% cashback.
7. Member will be notified via Push App Notification through 1 Utama SuperApp when the cashback has been credited to their account. Member can also check the credited cashback via transaction history in 1 Utama SuperApp.
8. This promotion is only open to valid ONECARD members whose membership is valid / not terminated/ not expired/ deactivated by the Organiser.
9. This promotion is not open for ONECARD Kids+ and staff under the employment of tenants within 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Centrepoint, The Club, 1 First Avenue, One World Hotel and Avante Hotel.
10. The 10% Cashback will be auto generated and credited into the ONECARD member’s account on the same day or may up to a maximum of fourteen (14) business days from the date of confirmation in the form of UPoints that are NOT refundable nor redeemable for cash.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to change/ postpone/ cancel the promotion at any time without any prior notice.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and / or reject any transaction in its absolute discretion without having to provide any reasons.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or change the terms & conditions as and when it is deemed fit without any prior notice. The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
