1. Voucher is valid for both new and existing users.
2. Valid for three (3) redemptions only per user.
3. Voucher is only available for up to 500 redemptions daily, on a first-come, first served basis.
4. airasia ride shall be available to users on a best effort basis.
5. Toll fare is not included in fare price displayed on mobile application after setting the destination.
6. Voucher is not valid for ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers and/or privileges.
7. Offer purchased is not refundable/exchangeable with other promotions/offers.
8. No cancellation is allowed after the voucher has been redeemed.
9. Any surplus or remaining balance from the total amount must be paid directly by the customer or
