4.          Exclusions: offer is not available for child-sized World Cup federation jerseys and adult-sized World Cup federation jerseys that are not listed in the table in Clause 3.

5.  Selected World Cup Player’s name set customization is eligible for an additional of 30% discount. World Cup Player’s name set customization with an additional of 30% off is solely based on adidas discretion. While stock last.

6.          Offer not redeemable for cash and not valid in conjunction with any other offer. No discounts or vouchers (including adiClub vouchers) may be used during the purchase.

7.          Offer not valid for third party retailers of adidas products. Offer is valid for online purchases from www.adidas.com.my or the adidas App, or for purchases at any adidas retail stores other than those listed above, provided that the original receipt is presented prior to redeeming the offer. This offer cannot be redeemed against prior purchases. Offer can be redeemed multiple times throughout the promotional period.

8.          All items returned in line with the returns policy will be refunded at the transaction cost. After customisation, no refunds, returns or exchanges  will be entertained except as required by law.

9.          Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, adidas (including its affiliates, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with:

                 i.          this promotion;

                ii.          any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

              iii.          any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under adidas’ control);

              iv.          the cancellation, termination, modification, suspension or rescheduling of this promotion.

and you herein hereby expressly and unequivocally waive all claims against adidas.

10.          If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of any causes beyond the control of adidas which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, safety or proper conduct of this promotion, adidas reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable legislation.

11.   adidas has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the promotion any individual who adidas believes has engaged, has attempted to or intends to attempt to engage, in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other participant or any representative of adidas.

12.   Each Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified adidas (including its affiliates, officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the Customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.

13.   By participating in this promotion, you herein hereby consent and acknowledge that adidas shall be entitled to disclose, process, use and collect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”) and that the respective notice (currently in force) in accordance with the Act can be found at https://www.adidas.com.my/en/help-topics-privacy_policy.html. You further agree that you shall avail yourself to further execute any consent or notice as may be required under the Act or under its subsidiary rules and regulations if so required from time to time incompliance with the law. You may at any time hereinafter inform us in writing or to our Personal Data Officer [email protected] should you require any action on your personal data.

14.   adidas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice and you expressly and unequivocally agree to abide by the same.

15.   adidas reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time and you expressly and unequivocally agree to abide by the same.

16.   Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under the relevant consumer laws and the law applicable shall be the laws of Malaysia.
