*The cashback to be awarded under this promotion is limited and is capped at RM 67,440 throughout the promotion period, and it will be awarded to the eligible cardmembers on a first come, first served basis. Each eligible cardmember is entitled up to five (5) units of cashback throughout the promotion period.
**The eligible cardmember is required to make at least a transaction of RM1.00 (One Ringgit Malaysia) in order to be eligible for the cashback.
Terms and Conditions
- Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard® or Visa Debit Card.
- Promotion is valid from 15 April 2023 until 21 April 2023, subject to cashback availability.
- The RM2 cashback (‘cashback’) to be awarded under this promotion is limited and is capped at RM67,440 throughout the promotion period, and it will be awarded to the eligible cardmembers on a first come, first served basis.
- Each eligible cardmember is entitled up to five (5) units of cashback throughout the promotion period.
- The eligible cardmember is required to make at least a transaction of One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00) in order to be eligible for the cashback.
- The qualified transaction shall include all retail spend (refers to any purchase of any goods or services at brick-and-mortar retail stores) and online purchases transacted locally and internationally via Apple Pay with a Maybank Debit Card during the promotion period based on local transaction time (Malaysia time).
- The qualified transaction excludes unposted, void, subsequently cancelled or refunded, disputed, unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.
- The sequence of cashback reward to the eligible cardmembers is in accordance to the merchant settlement time (in Malaysia time) of the qualified transactions recorded in Maybank system. Maybank shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay in the posting of the qualified transactions to the eligible cardmembers’ card account(s) and/or error or omission in the posting of the qualified transactions due to any reasons whatsoever and howsoever arising including but not limited to the delay on the part of the merchant unless the same is due to the gross negligence and/or default of Maybank.
- The cashback will be credited into the account of the eligible cardmembers within 3 business days after the qualified transaction is being made.
- At the time of the receipt of the cashback, the eligible cardmembers’ account(s) MUST NOT be delinquent, and/or be invalid or cancelled, otherwise the eligible cardmembers will be disqualified from receiving the cashback.
