5x Points My Lotus’s Campaign
5x Points campaign is for My Lotus’s members only. Members will get 5x storewide during 2nd to 5th June 2023.
Terms & Conditions
- 5x points promotion period will be from 2nd to 5th June 2023.
- Customer will be entitled for 5x My Lotus’s points upon purchasing during campaign period.
Scenario 1:
Member purchases RM8, after completing the purchase customer will receive 8 x 5 My Lotus’s points = 40 My Lotus’s points in total for that purchased.
- Customer would be eligible for 5x My Lotus’s points on fulfilment of the Offer eligibility criteria (see clause 2).
- There is no limit to how many points a customer can get during the campaign period.
- The 5x points will be awarded upon successful payment.
- The 5x points will not reflect immediately upon completing purchase and it will not be reflected on the receipt. It will be reflected 3 hours after purchase, this can be seen on the app under transaction history.
- Participation in the campaign is automatic for all existing members and newly registered members who have logged into the app.
- Customers who registered as new member within the campaign period will automatically participate in the campaign and can start collecting points.
Other Terms & Conditions
- My Lotus’s points is not exchangeable for cash, not transferable and non-refundable.
- My Lotus’s 5x points will not be awarded upon purchase ofny Gift Vouchers, reloads, at our food courts or at any outlets not operated by Lotus’s Malaysia.

1. What is 5x Points campaign?
5x point campaign is to reward our My Lotus’s members exclusively. During the campaign, My Lotus’s members will get to enjoy 5x points on total purchase upon success payment.
2. When is the 5x Point Campaign?
The campaign will run from 2nd to 5th June 2023 (Friday to Monday).
3. Who is eligible to enjoy 5x Points?
This campaign will reward all My Lotus’s members. Non-members are encouraged to sign up on the Lotus’s Malaysia app
4. If I am not a My Lotus’s member, how can I enjoy the 5x Points reward?
Please download the Lotus’s app (https://bit.ly/3S4MycG), register an account and you are ready to enjoy 5x reward points on your purchase.
Scenario 1 : You have register as new member on the 2nd June 2023, your 5x point will reflect on your app on 3rd June 2023.
5. I have already registered as a new member during the promotion period, and have made a successful purchase but the points were not credited into my account

6. I am a current My Lotus’s member, but I have not received the 5x points upon successful purchase. What should I do?
The 5x points will not reflect immediately upon completing purchase and it will not be reflected on the receipt. It will be reflected 3 hours after purchase. However, in the event of missing points, we will be able to manually generate the coupons in your Lotus’s Malaysia app, provided that the coupon dates are still valid for the week we’ve received your complaint. To do this, please contact our Helpline at 1300 13 1313 or email [email protected] and provide us with your mobile number. Please ensure that the mobile number you provide is the same one registered in your My Lotus’s account.
7. How many times am I able to enjoy the 5x Point reward?
You will be able to enjoy this 5x point reward during the campaign period starting from 2nd to 5th June 2023.
8. Do I get 5x point if I purchase from Lotus’s Shop Online?
We will credit the equivalent 5x points into your My Lotus’s account 24 hours after the receipt of the order. The amount of points credited will be based on the final value of the order paid at delivery
