Q1. What is pandapro?
pandapro is a subscription programme that allows you to receive exclusive deals and benefits on food and groceries
Q2. How do I use my pandapro benefits?
Upon subscription, all your benefits will be automatically applied for you at checkout, hassle-free! You can also check your remaining benefits at any time. Simply go to your account and click “Manage Subscription”.
Q3. When am I eligible to use my pandapro benefits?
You will be eligible to utilise your pandapro benefits once your order meets the minimum order amount specified in your plan.
Q4. How and when can I cancel my pandapro plan?
You can cancel your subscription anytime, and the cancellation will be effective on the next renewal date. To cancel your subscription, go to your account under “My subscription” and tap on “I would like to unsubscribe”. Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive your benefits until the end of your next renewal date.
Q5. When will I be billed?
We will bill you for your first month as soon as you choose a plan and provide us with your payment information. For the following months or period (depends on the plan you selected), your plan will be automatically renewed on the same date as your initial signup, until cancelled.
Q6. Can I get a refund after I sign up?
We will not make any refunds or prorated reimbursements for subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of your current subscription period.
Q7. Can I still use other promo codes on top of my plan benefits?
Yes! You can use other vouchers or promo codes in addition to your pandapro free delivery, restaurant discount and Pick-Up discount benefits, as long as you are eligible per the minimum order amount stated in your plan.
Q8. On which platform can I use pandapro?
You can use your foodpanda mobile app to subscribe and use your benefits. Please note that pandapro is not accessible through web or mobile web.
Q9. How can I sign up to pandapro?
Simply go to ‘Settings’ on the top left hand corner of your foodpanda app homepage and click on ‘Become a pandapro’ to view the plan and subscribe!
Q10. Why my plan free delivery is not applied on a particular order?
Delivery fees would only be 0 when the order amount is greater than MYR 25, or you have exceeded the number of free delivery per month.
Q11. Will my free delivery be added back into my quota if my order is cancelled?
Your free delivery quota will not be reduced in case there is an order cancellation.
Q12. If I sign up a long term plan (6 months or 12 months), will my free delivery and voucher rollover to next month if I did not utilise them this month?
No, it will not rollover.
Q13. Will I get extra 5% off on every pickup restaurant and foodpanda shops?
Q14. How can I sign up to a longer term plan if I am an existing pandapro subscriber?
You will need to unsubscribe from your current pandapro plan and when the plan expires at the end of the cycle, you will be able to resubscribe to longer term validity plans
