Q1. What is the “DHL Express” Promotion?
A1. The Promotion offers all customers who purchase above RM80 to enjoy a RM5 cashback at participating DHL Express merchants by using Touch ‘n Go eWallet “Scan” function only.
Q2. What is the duration of this “DHL Express” Promotion?
A2. This Promotion is valid from 1 August 2022 until 31 December 2022. The Promotion will cease once the cashback transactions (limited to 1,000 transactions per month, total of 5,000 transaction throughout the promotion period) have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever earlier.
Q3. Who is eligible for this promotion?
A3. All customers who spend RM80 at participating DHL merchants and make payment using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet “Scan” function within the Promotion Period and comply with the terms and conditions are eligible for the Promotion.
Payment using Touch ‘n Go Card is NOT eligible for this promotion.
Only payments made via TNGD QR or TNGD DuitNow QR by Touch ‘n Go eWallet is eligible for the promotion.

Q5 Can the purchases made during the “DHL Express” Promotion be exchanged or refunded?
A5. No. Any purchases made during the promotion period cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Q6. How many times can I be entitled for the Cashback?
A6. Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet user is entitled to maximum of ONE [1] Cashback per month; up to FIVE (5) Cashback throughout the Promotion period.
Q7. Can I make additional top up(s)?
A7. You can do add-ons on top of your purchase, but is subjected to the extra charges charged by the merchant. All charges shall be paid in a single transaction via Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Q8. When will I receive the cashback?
A8. The cashback will be credited into the user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet upon the eligible transaction has made.
