What is the difference between new Internet passes versus existing Internet Passes?

  2. These NEW Internet passes have speed capped at 3Mbps
  3. These NEW Internet passes comes with Unlimited Calls to All Network

What do I need to know about the Hotspot Quota for the two new Internet passes?

  1. FREE 1GB Hotspot with Unlimited Internet RM12 Weekly and 3GB Hotspot with Unlimited Internet RM35 Monthly with speed capped at 3Mbps
  2. Hotspot service will be disabled once the free hotspot quota fully utilized

What do I need to know about the Unlimited Calls to all network for the new Internet passes?

  1. FREE with Unlimited Internet RM12 Weekly and Unlimited Internet RM35 Monthly only
  2. The Unlimited Calls apply to all networks and for domestic usages only (i.e. within Malaysian networks) excluding video calls, calls to toll-free numbers or numbers with special charges (i.e. 1-300/1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, IDD calls to Singapore & IDD/border calls to Brunei).

  4. Any usage of IFLIX application will consume your internet quota

What do I need to know about FREE 500MB iflix quota?

What happens to my unused Internet Quota when my Internet Pass subscription renews?

  1. Unused Internet quota balance for Internet Pass (High Speed) will be rollover and stacked upon renewal.
  2. However, unused Internet Quota for NEW Internet Pass (3Mbps) will NOT be rollover and stacked upon renewal.

What happens if I do multiple subscription of the existing Internet passes?

  1. The Internet quota of the latest subscription (e.g. Monthly RM30 50GB) will be stacked with Internet quota of previous subscription (e.g. Weekly RM10 2GB)
  2. The current validity of Internet pass will follow the latest subscription validity

What happens if I do multiple subscription of the new Internet passes?

  1. The Internet quota of the latest subscription (eg. Monthly RM35) will overwrite the Internet quota of previous subscription (eg. RM12)
  2. The Hotspot quota of previous subscription will be stacked with Hotspot quota of the latest subscription
  3. The current validity of Internet pass and Hotspot quota will follow the latest subscription validity

What happens if I do multiple subscription of the new Internet pass and existing Internet pass?

  1. New Internet Pass + Existing Internet Pass
    • The Internet quota and Hotspot quota of the new Internet pass (eg. Weekly RM12) and the Internet quota of the existing Internet pass (eg. Monthly RM30) will be in a different data bucket.
    • Each Internet passes will expire based on its respective subscription validity
    • Upon expiry of the Internet Pass, only the latest subscription (e.g. Monthly RM30) shall be renewed automatically.
    • Subscription of Hotspot Add On is NOT allowed because of the latest subscription of Existing Internet Plan (e.g. Monthly RM30).
  2. Existing Internet Pass + New Internet Pass
    • The Internet quota of the existing Internet pass (eg. Weekly RM10) and the Internet quota and Hotspot quota of the new Internet pass (eg. Monthly RM35) will be in a different data bucket
    • However, freebies (Unlimited Late Night YouTube, IFLIX VIP) of existing Internet pass shall be forfeited upon subscription of new Internet pass
    • Each Internet passes will expire based on its respective subscription validity
    • Upon expiry of the Internet Pass, only the latest subscription (e.g. Monthly RM35) shall be renewed automatically.
    • Any unused balance of existing Internet pass will be forfeited upon renewal

Will my Internet Pass auto-renew?
Yes, all Internet Pass Weekly and Monthly come with auto-renewal feature. Internet Pass Daily, however, does not have the auto-renewal feature.

Can I stop auto-renewal for Internet Pass?
Yes. You may stop auto-renewal via Celcom Life App or dial *118*2*9*1#

What will happen if customer doesn’t have sufficient credit upon renewal?
Auto renewal will fail and customer need to reload and re-subscribe to their Internet Pass.

What happens when my Internet Pass quota is fully utilized before the expiry date? Will I be charged on a pay-per-use basis?
Don’t worry, all Internet Pass (High Speed) come with unlimited basic Internet (64kbps) with the same validity period as your Internet Pass. You can also buy more internet via Celcom Life App.

When exactly does my Internet Pass Weekly and Monthly expires?
The Internet Pass Weekly will be valid until 11:59PM on the 7th day prior to the successful subscription of the plans. Whereas, the Internet Pass Monthly will be valid until 11:59PM on the 30th day prior to the successful subscription of the plans.

Am I able to do tethering / hotspot to another device(s) or desktop?
Yes. Tethering / hotspot will be enabled for any Internet Pass.
