Terms and Conditions
- The “Raya Penuh Makna Gift With Purchase – Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag” (“GWP”) is organised by AEON CO. (M) BHD. (“AEON”) and is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above, except for all employees of AEON, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families (“Participant”).
- The GWP period shall commence from 3 April 2022 to 29 May 2022 (“GWP Period”).
- To be eligible for this GWP, the Participant must make a minimum accumulated purchase of RM1,000.00 within GWP Period, with a minimum spend of RM250 in each receipt and fully paid with an approved VISA credit or debit card at any AEON Stores, AEON BiG Stores, Maxvalu Stores, and AEON Wellness outlets.
- Participant must submit details of the following via our partner website page (https://www.famsymall.com/pages/aeon-redemption):
a) Name
b) Email
c) Contact number
d) Receipt photo(s)
e) Receipt Invoice Number(s)
f) Recipient mailing address - Each Participant entry must have not more than FOUR photos of separate, valid AEON receipt(s) dated before 11.59 p.m., 29 May 2022, and shall be submitted via our partner website page as stated above. Late entries will strictly not be entertained.
- Participants will receive a notification email on eligibility within 5 working days once their submission is verified and validated by AEON.
a) Participants who are eligible for this GWP will each receive a confirmation email on their redemption of ONE Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag.
Participants will receive the Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag within 7 working days.
b) Participants who are not eligible for this GWP will receive a rejection email with the reason(s) for rejection stated, and they will not be eligible to redeem any gift. - Availability of Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag shall be on a “first-come-first-served”, “while stock last” and “as-is” basis.
- The Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag set is non-transferable, non-returnable and not exchangeable for cash, credit, voucher and such other items in part or in full value.
- There is no limitation on the number of redemptions by Participants during the GWP Period, however, Participants are not allowed to submit the same receipt more than once.
- All redemption submissions shall be submitted before 11.59 p.m., 5 June 2022. Any redemption submissions thereafter shall not be entertained.
- AEON reserves the right to reject any redemption submission which is incomplete, illegible, disfigured, submitted beyond the deadline or such other reasons as AEON deems fit.
- AEON will not be held liable in the event of:
a) Non-receipt or delayed delivery of the Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag to Participants.
b) Receipt of defective or wrong product(s).
c) Warranty related matters.

- Participants must abide by the Terms and Conditions of AEON and third-party partner(s) arranging and/or providing for all the GWP Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag and the Terms and Conditions attached, if any.
- AEON reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute the Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag with that of similar value without any prior notice.
- The decision of AEON in all matters relating to this GWP shall be final and binding. No correspondences, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of AEON will be entertained.
- AEON reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the existing Terms and Conditions with immediate effect.
- By Participating in this GWP, Participant(s) agrees to be bound by the GWP Terms and Conditions, the decisions of AEON, and all Terms and Conditions imposed by any partner(s) arranging and/or providing for all the GWP Personalized Tiffin Carrier and Jute Bag.
- The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions of this GWP.
